DESCRIPTION:Join us for a \nParks4All \nWalk and Wheel event \nThis event welcomes older people\, disabled people (including sensory\, mobility\, learning disabilities\, long term health conditions\, and neurodivergent people)\, as well as carers\, friends and family. \nShroggs Park Event Details \nDate: Tuesday 15th September 2026 \nTime: Starts 10.00am • Walk sets off 11.00am prompt • Return 12.30pm • Finish 1.00pm–1.30pm \nLocation: St George’s House\, 2 Lilac St\, Halifax HX3 5BT \nMeeting point: St George’s House (10.00am–11.00am) for coffee and refreshments \nFacilities & Useful Info: Parking: Plenty of parking available on-site. \nToilets: Accessible toilets are available at St George’s House but not in the park. \nAbout the Event \nEnjoy the fresh air\, connect with nature\, meet new people and re-charge your batteries! \nWe will do a walk/wheel together around the park\, learn about the rich history of the area and the environment with Halifax Heritage Tours. \nHave a go at inclusive cycling. A range of inclusive and adapted bikes will be available to try free of charge\, including a side-by-side cycle.
